Our Team

Top tier, industry-specific, life science commercialisation & research personnel partnering with the workforce of tomorrow.

With decades of work in life science consultancy roles under our belts, we enjoy the fulfilment that comes from unlocking the potential of great health improving ideas, products & services that have been generated by innovators, consultancies, companies and service providers. We enjoy empowering research and healthcare focused individuals to think and act more commercially, without losing authenticity.

We combine our rich heritage in robust academic methodology with the experience-based confidence to pivot towards the most pragmatic and cost-effective approach for answering commercial or service improvement questions, avoiding unnecessary add-ons or cost-enhancers.

Our supportive entry level employment program opens doors for individuals who would otherwise be distanced from life science career paths due to a lack of awareness and opportunity. We invest particularly in individuals from rural or low-employment areas, introducing them to the ever-flourishing life sciences industry (that can often be underrepresented in early career advice).

As an independently owned company we have the liberty to choose projects that are the perfect fit for our blended, experience-led and entry level investment model. This includes the freedom to work on less profitable, lower budget or outsourced work streams.
